Dr.Lim in my understanding is a very good listener and she explained step by step the problem of my thyroid. And after so many doctors, I have visited she had taken the time to hear me and explained to the next step for the thyroid issue. I personally consider her to be an excellent doctor and would highly recommend her.

If I can give her a zero star, I will give. This doctor made a totally wrong dx for her patient and discharged the patient from hospital. Her false judgement provided the opposite treatment for the patient which caused the patient went to the thyroid crisis and pending storm. Within a day, patient was readmitted to hospital with worse condition. This doctor possible got the education for her to be an MD and specialist, but she lack of the quality to being a MD.

Just got home from my first appointment with Dr. Lim. What a complete waste of time. I absolutely despise when a doctor has made up their mind about your case/care BEFORE they have even met you. When a doctor tries to blame everything your bringing up on "Mental Health" & only suggests "Life style changes". No Dr. Lim my over sweating in the least bit of heat is NOT anxiety based or be treated by DBT. No Dr. Lim my chronic sleep issues also wont be resolved by DBT. No my chronic fast hear rate is not anxiety related. I am well versed in mental health care and have mine well under control so just STOP with taking the easy way out. She doesn't listen, Wouldn't take a full medical history, isn't curious or interested, and spent maybe 5 min in the room. Would only discuss one thing and nothing else. If your not obviously nd critically ill with an already established Dx... then Dr. Lim is NOT the doctor for you. If you want someone to help get answers, she is NOT the doctor for you.

My son is a type 1 diabetic. He’s 21 years old and was in need of a new endocrinologist. I found Dr. Lim and she is amazing . I went with him to his visit. she took so much time with him going over his numbers getting his history. She made a few changes and needless to say he just had his second visit with her and his a1 c went down 3 points . Dr lim is young and very knowledgeable She’s caring and listens to her patients .

Dr Yujin (Amy) Lim has taken the time to be very attentive and really does take the effort to know, not just your health but the many other aspects of your lifestyle that directly affects your well-being. I am glad to have found her and hope to work on maintaining and improving my health! Highly recommend.
