Flanagan has been my doctor for years and her attitude towards patients is truly devastating. She doesn't seem to want to help patients. And doesn't take the time to investigate. Can't be bothered. I asked at the end of our phone call how to book a longer appointment and she hung up on me. She's rude, doesn't help, and leaves her patience feeling terrible (on top of the medical issues) and helpless. Worst doctor ever. I wish I could change doctors but that route isn't easy. So my health is depleting because simply a doctor can't be bothered. Do better. Do your actual job.

Dr. Flanagan is a wonderful and very knowledgeable Doctor. She takes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, she is very kind , pleasant, understanding, and just a GREAT DOCTOR!! I would recommend her to anyone who is wanting to have a Doctor with all the right credentials. She has been my Doctor and my Granddaughters Doctor ( who has been seeing her since she was 6 years old) for 6 years now. I don't think of her as just my Doctor but a friend as well.👍😋

Dr. Flanagan is very thorough, friendly and down to earth. However, since moving to the larger practice, it seems as though the quality of care is lacking. I felt like a number. I waited for a long time and no one called me within the hour promised (or ever) to follow up with me regarding treatment.
