My father is a long time patient at this office. They never return calls. I’m still waiting for a call back from 2 weeks ago! The problem has since been resolved- but they never called back to answer my questions. I’ve been waiting for a call back for test results- this is day 4. Ive called 5 times. My elderly father had a message on his machine to call back for the results.The woman who left the message spoke so fast I had to play the message three times just to understand what she was saying ! I called Monday, the day she left the message & was told I would get a call back - probably at the end of the day. And now it’s Thursday, the office is closed and still no call. I’m not at all happy with this office

This office was wonderful when Charlene and Ruth were there. Unfortunately they have retired. The new provider Pam is awful and insensitive. She does not take the time to listen and is very condescending. I left there in tears. I have found a new provider and so has my family. Thank you Dr. Gara for many years of service but unfortunately I will not be returning.
