Received a Referral to see Dr Radner. My appointment was the beginning of March Upon arriving for my appt I received a EKG he also checked my blood pressure.. Had to make appt for an echo was told the only available date would be in 3 week. When I return i was told they did not accept my plan. I find it strong they accepted my insurance for my first appointment. I was upset and confused because they did accept my insurance on the first visit What also upsetting they didn’t call me to cancel the appointment. I had to take my grandson out of school because my appt was 12:20. When I reached the office I was told they do not accept my plan.. I haven’t changed my plan for over a year .. This is no way to treat a patient..

Dr. Ratner is a very knowledgeable, compassionate physicians. He cares deeply for his patients. I have known him for many years and trust him with myself and my family. Highly recommend.

I tried to renew my prescription and was told by pharmacy they refused and to call Doctors office , when I did the woman In charge of billing Maryann wasn't in so I left a message .On Monday she gets back to me to tell me they wouldn't renew my prescription because I owed them one hundred dollars and I was sent two bills that I never received . So they were holding my prescription hostage for a hundred dollar bill. Just shows me this Dr. and office couldn't care less about there patients it's all about the money . They never had to chase me for bills I owed , I always paid no problem .Therefore I would never recommend this doctors office.

Have been seeing him for years as a PCP and cardiologist and wouldn’t change a thing, trust him 100%. Have referred several people to him and they are just as happy.

Maybe he was a good Dr. Years ago but not no more. Mistake after mistake. It is my understanding he is no longer on staff at a great heart hospital st Francis. Had both my parents going to him every 3 months for no reason. They had slight high BP and taking a statin. Ran tests every 3 months. 💰💰💰

Terrible bedside manner. Dr Ratner and his office are completely unresponsive and seem to be uncaring about patient well being.

This Doctor refuses to see patients because of co-pay. And his secretary lies. Do yourself a favor don’t go see this Doctor. Find yourself a real Doctor that care about patients not co-pay

I have continued to speak to the staff at dr. Ratner’s Office and now can say they are mostly cooperative In answering the patients’ questions . Regina the drs. Nurse is caring and helpful.
