El Dr Herrera mal servicio, el día hoy fui por una alergia del cuerpo de mi bebe de 1 año y tuve que venirne a las 4:pm porque tenia 4 horas de estar esperando y teniendo a mi otro niño en casa recién llegado del hospital

Muyyy mal servicio enserio tardan demasiado no tienen un control con las horas de atención son súper malos ellos piensa que uno tiene el tiempo de ellos mal muy mal 4 horas esperando nada aún

Had to wait 2+ hours just to see a doctor and there was rarely any people 🙂

Tengo 13 años en esta oficina y el dueño el doctor herrera al principio era arrebatado siempre pero un poco cordial, ahora no quisiera que uno hable 😡, yo sigo ahí por las doctora Lamane pero me toco ir de emergencia un día que ella no estaba y créame me dieron ganas de llorar 😢, mi hija se cayó de las gradas por ir detrás de él a que le enseñara un baño que no tiene rótulo de baño, de tres baños 🚻 uno funciona que ni sabía que existía y el enojado conmigo porque le dije que abajo dijeron no servía, y de paso le mando hacer el COVID-19 test sin decirme que se hiba hacer , y yo le había dicho que ya se lo había hecho y ese día me daban los resultados 🤔😖😖, ya que le vamos hacer la gente cuando tiene poder mira de menos al pobre.

I don’t know why they make us make an appointment if when we get there they going to make us wait. With appointment and I have to wait more than 1 1/2, doesn’t make sense to me.definitely thinking about change to a new physician:

I had phoned the office requesting that my son have his booster done, spoke to someone in reception who said that, as he is 17 years he can come the next day. My son had both doses of Pfizer, when he got there, they said that he cannot get the booster as he is 17. (Only told two days after, that someone has to be 18 or older, to get the booster at their practice). Asked to speak to the nurse, who did not introduce herself, thought it was the receptionist, requested to speak to the nurse again, to which she stated” listen lady, I don’t have time for anyone” and dropped the phone one me. Nurse is absolutely rude. Again to the receptionist, who was helpful and apologetic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

The Staff are very rude and disrespectful. Waiting time before seeing a doctor is over 7 hours. Office highly disorganized.

Always taking more than 2 hours even if theres not many people don’t even notify/call me if they have to cancel
