Very bad customer service, either hung up through the phone or left on hold for almost an hour. When they do pick up the phone they are very rude and promise that will be contacting me soon but never do. I am very disappointed with their treatment and will hope another facility will take better care and attention with my situation!.

I don't normally like to give reviews but I feel that this is important. People that need Dr. Ellen Gutkin services should know how negligent the office is. This is a medical office with negligent employees that work with no supervision. I was supposed to have two procedures today. Unfortunately they cancelled my appointment stating that my insurance had not approved the procedure. I then call my insurance and ask why this happend and they replied by letting me know they had just recieved the order. The insurance company stated that Doctors and their secretaries know its a process to get procedures approved, so they need to put in the order ahead of time. I should also mention Dr.Gutkin’s office had me run a COVID-19 test that cost me $80 and had me buy all the medicine that I needed to take the day before the procedures.
