Jason Hu's Online Review Report Card

He is a very good doctor. I'm glad we met him during my wife's pregnancy. Recommend him to anybody who is seeking his advice

I have been a patient of Dr Hu for a few years. I have never had to wait very long to see Dr Hu. If I have questions about my condition, Dr Hu will always explain everything throughly to me.

Tried setting up an appointment due to back pain. Had to wait several weeks before he could see me. I had limited mobility and pain. The day before the appt, his office calls and tells me that I need to set up my own appointments somewhere for xrays, either that same day, or the next morning right before seeing him. What gall to think that a person in pain who couldnt move was going to run around the city on such short notice. The proper way of handling this should have been for them to let me know early that week so that I could make arrangements. But I see that Dr, Hu has the God syndrome, as so many doctors nowadays, with their tele-vists, etc., while they basically do nothing. Very bad operation from the top down.

This dr was very dismissive and acted like he could care less. The information on my report through the portal is somewhat true but there are things on there that were not discussed with me I don’t know where that info came from.

I am very unimpressed!! The wait time was absolutely rediculous!! It took months to schedule each appointment and then I waited for 1-3 hours depending on what had to be done. After the initial, short evaluation, he sent me for a test to get more information. The test was scheduled for about two months later. He did not recommend any treatment for my pain in the interim. Then, when I finally had the test, the follow-up appointment to simply get the results was about a month later. I scheduled an early morning appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait for hours again and still, I waited for at least an hour (once I was taken back into the room). He didn't seem to be treating me like someone who was in great pain that was meanwhile interfering with my daily functioning.

Dr. Hu was one of the primary reasons for my recovery after a serious car accident. He never hesitated to give the best advice for my care and well-being. His knowledge of my case and the attention to detail was pivotal in getting me back on my feet.

After going through a first round of PT and seeing a back specialist (surgeon), Jason took the time to listen carefully and work with me to come up with a treatment strategy that was customized to my situation. My goal was to get back to running, swimming, and biking with little or no pain or discomfort. He helped me find a different PT person who would understand and execute the best therapy for my situation. The results have been terrific. I would highly recommend him.

The worse place ever. Appointment time never accurate ... waiting time is ridiculous. First sending u to physical therapy to waste ur time ..and to charge ur ensurance without any x-ray .. only by 1 min evaluation. Very poor experienced by doctor !!
