While Dr. Sciales has been our family doctor for 20+ years and is an excellent doctor ( as is his medical staff,) obviously there is a problem with communication. Although I have left 3 messages for him to call me regarding a medical question I have yet to receive a call back. The first time he did not return the call , I called the next day and explained what happened. I was told it would be placed on a priority level I--still no call back. The third time I called I was frustrated and asked for him to call me as I did not want to speak to the office, I wanted to speak to my doctor. Still waiting for that call back.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have been a patient of his for 20 years and sadly have to change doctors. Dr.Sciales is a wonderful doctor but it is impossible to get by the rude, arrogant front personnel. Messages do not get delivered, refills aren't completed etc. It is a shame that a good doctor has to be lost in the horrible attitude of that place

Dr Sciales is always very warm and welcoming. He goes beyond any other doctor I've had {and I've seen the best of the best) to thoroughly research a condition and explain it. One feels like he is being treated and cared for like a family member. He is wicked smart and kind

I have been a patient of Dr. Sciales for many years. He is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely understanding. His PA, Yula is just as fabulous. The only reason it is not 5 stars, is his new staff. When he was at his old office, they were lovely, accommodating and understanding ( I am speaking of front desk only, medical staff is great) I just left the office, and not one front desk person greeted me? No good morning, etc, it was very rude, and not the first time. Their inability to understand the environment needs much improvement.

Do not book your appointment with this doctor. I book an appointment with this doctor as a new patient well over a month only to have my appointment canceled 5 days before my appointment because they just realized that he's not taking any mew patients until next year! It's obvious his staff are incompetent!

Called for an appointment this morning, front desk person picked up her name was Dakota, by far the nastiest person I have ever spoke to in my life, she was so rude it’s beyond belief, I would never recommend an office with that type of staff, stay away

I was a patient of Dr. Sciales' approximately 25 years ago when I lived in Flushing, N. Y. I have a friend who is is his patient now and when I know he's going to see him, I always tell him to say hello to Dr. Sciales for me.
