I am so grateful to Dr. Huang for seeing me and addressing my thyroid nodule. I was very worried and she reassured me. Her technique to examine the nodule was painless and I received my results quickly. Normally, I dread going to the doctor but my experience with Dr. Huang was excellent.

Dr Huang is a excellent Dr. However the Office is HORRIBLE, never ever answer the phone and when they do they always for the last 3 months blaming the phone lines. This is a Dr. office where the PHONE needs to be answered and working. Medicaid has called on several occasion due to my medication and they get no answer. This need to be corrected ASAP....Gloria Miller /06/30/1965...Get it together !!!!! ...

Horrible, I would give this place no stars but that’s not possible. I had an appointment at 3:15pm at this office. First I added the address to gps and it took me somewhere else because the address is incorrect . I got out my car walked around to see if I found the office , nothing. I called this office about 10 times no one picked up. I called my regular doctors office they tried calling no one picked up. I finally decide to google the place it came up with google . By the time I get upstairs to the office it’s now 330pm. At this point one of the very unprofessional employees ask me if I had an appointment. I tell her yes at 315 and explain everything to her. She tells me that when everyone is on the phone other phone calls don’t come through. That makes no sense since it’s a office and im sure there’s call waiting. Also that the doctor had left for the day it was only 15min past my appointment to which it wasn’t my fault that I was late. They could have called me to make sure I was going to make it to the appointment but nothing. She then tells me I could make a video call appointment here I’m thinking to myself is she serious. I ask her don’t I need blood work done? She tells me if I have recent blood work done from my doctors they could use that. I said well I’ve been waiting for this appointment for 2 months since you guys don’t have availability so that blood work would not be good. This is a horrible unprofessional office. I would urge people to go else where.

She told me what I should do something about my health without giving me an explanation. Her bedside manner was horrible. Unfortunately she belongs to a group of other endocrinologists and one can't switch doctors for my reason, so I am going to another endocrinologist.
