I really like dr Shetty he’s acknowledged, professional, caring and thorough. My only complaint is front desk receptionists. My mom needed korean translator on days I am not available and most of them are very unprofessional and rude, careless. I needed better explanation with billing before my mom’s surgery, surgery coordinator never called me back or kept me an update. We had to come into the office physically to find out more information. This is healthcare place where people need help with their health needs. I wish they are more caring kind and professional.

I was referred to Dr. Shetty for evaluation of possible glaucoma risk by Dr. Lee. He has spent some time with me for the explanations to all my questions r/t diagnostic testing results with friendly, no rush and professional manner. Cirrus, technician explained testing names and the procedures before all the testing very friendly manner. That made me feel comfortable during the testing. It was very pleasant experiences and good feelings. Plenty of parking spaces next to building is plus. Highly recommend.

Great doctor great hospital though their Korean translator on May.20.2022 has a bad attitude and didn’t try to respond. She just shut up her mouth so I have to try to confirm everything for my appointment. Lazy and not professional at all. I believe this all come from the managment. If they throw a paper instructiong how to speak, confirm and assure their job, they must follow the instruction. What I felt is they are generous to me by giving me an appointment or rescheduling. I just have to say thank you. If not, I wonder why she didn’t answer or response me just trying to confirm my appointment. This is all from her attitude and bad management.

I was operated by Dr.Sirikishan Shetty for cataract on my right eye ,Feb9 and my left eye,March 9..i am very happy with both my surgery..fast,painfree,uneventful.And i’m more than happy now that I can see clearly again! Aside from his expertise as an eye surgeon Dr.Shetty is gentle ,soft spoken,respectful,caring professional and I highly recommend him to other patients

I've been a patient of Dr. Shetty for years. He is a very thorough, caring, conscientious and nice guy, not only my ophthalmologist and a great surgeon but I consider him a friend as well. After an eye examination in November of 2019, he informed me that I had cataracts in both eyes. Since I had last seen him in May of 2018, my right eye vision reading had deteriorated from 20/20 to 20/80, my left eye from 20/25 to 20/40 so a right eye procedure was scheduled for January, left eye for February of 2020. In a pre-op appointment, my right eye had gone from 20/80 to 20/100, left eye from 20/40 to 20/50 just since the November visit. After the 2 procedures, my right eye vision tested at 20/20, left eye at 20/25. The difference is night and day. My distance vision is now so much sharper! Dr. Shetty is very genuine and professional and strives to do the best job possible. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking an ophthalmologist/cataracts surgeon in this area.
