Dr Ma is a wonderful doctor, full of knowledge ,warmth and concern. But the office staff is not upto the mark.No one calls back if you leave a massseg.Noone picks up the phone. And whatever the instructions Dr gives, they hardly follow I have sent so many patients to this clinic.I am really upset..
She is an excellent Endocrinologist.
Amazing Dr Ma
Horrible experience. Did not listen to my concerns. Did not listen to my medical history. Failed to do follow up blood test. Failed to refer to a different specialist.
Dr. Ma is an excellent doctor. She displays warmth, gentleness and kindness. She takes time with all her patients to explain everything. She rates an A++++++++++++++.
Dr. Ma is a good physician. The office definitely needs improvement. I called on October 25 to get test paperwork but my call has not been returned. I just left another message as It is impossible to speak to a "live" person. This is unacceptable. The NYP patient portal is also no help; you can only leave messages for your primary physician.
I have had a Horrible time with Dr. Ma's office. The are slow and incompetent at handling paperwork, which has led to interruptions in my therapy, inconvenience and a LOT of unnecessary time spent on the phone resolving issues. Also, for the last month or more they have been IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone (even if you call the line for Dr.s) and they don't respond to messages (I recieved a callback for a message left 2 weeks ago yesterday. They claim phone issues, but can't tell me when this will be resolved. To me this is unacceptable, and I am considering contacting my Insurance company's provider relations department to discuss this. I like Dr. Ma, but I won't deal with this nonsense.
She is the most incompetent dr and her staff and secretaries are horrible. My fiance is pregnant and she needed to be seen urgently and dr ma told her to make appointment but the uneducated secretaries didnt want to do their jobs and dr ma waited to long to treat which led my fiance to being admitted to the hospital
Sadly horrible . Terrible at answering question to complex cases . Can be rude and passive aggressive . Great at calling back , woopy ! But never submitted my mri for approval delaying the procedure and lied twice about it . Never educated me on how to manage my new disease of adrenal insufficiency . Never explained my mri about the findings of a pituitary tumor . Says maybe I should see a neutral Lololol mocked me at one point for trying to educate myself because she couldn’t on google . So she isn’t as cutesy nice as most may think . Had a horrible rash I suffered with that she blew me off about and finally I find a doctor immunologist who did this is so common with Hashimotos and thyriod imbalances . It’s called chronic autoimmune uticara Angiodema . She wouldn’t even allow me to ask about it . Dr Ma does the talking . Don’t ask her any questions or challenge her or you will see her true colors of extreme passive aggressive behavior , and rude .So sadly I moved on . I gave he too ma
I have only had one visit with Dr. Ma which went well enough however, working with her staff has been impossible. I have found that their handling of forms and administrative stuff is worse than careless and inefficient. I will not continue to see her. I am extremely dissappointed and expected better. My first contact with her was extremely positive, and I had higher expectations.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
