My name is Walter. I came from Connecticut to get the shots for my knee. I finished up my seventh one yesterday and it works for how long I’m not sure yet but I feel good at least now I could go walk my dogs with no pain in my knee I went to the knee center in Garden City, New York all the girls that work. There are very professional pleasant very helpful especially Michell. She helps you with the knee brace which I have I think it’s an option brace is easy to put on and off. It goes on. P No problem and the main man Dr Glen he gives you the shot. No pain at all. You don’t even know he put the needle in you because when it comes to needles, I’m like a baby when it comes to Needles I want to thank you all for getting me through this procedure. I would recommend it personally if you have problems with your knee I think you should lose some weight if you’re heavy that helps.

Everyone at Stewart Avenue location were professional and helpful. Jen from billing went the extra mile with a discrepancy in an insurance issue. The doctor explained everything to me

When I called for an appointment they said they took my insurance. I was thrilled because they gave me an appointment the following day. After years of pain I was seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. Go to my appointment only to be turned away because they don’t take my insurance. AND they won’t even let me pay out of pocket privately. Told me it was insurance fraud. Don’t bother with them. It’s also very interesting that in other bad reviews they state they were allowed to pay out of pocket but yet they told me no. I guess they pick and choose who they see.

I’m just leaving the Arthritis Knee Pain Center for my fifth and last injection. My knee feels so much better (98% better)! My knee was bone on bone and after the first injection I felt a major difference. I'm so glad I got a second opinion and they were my second opinion! If you have a knee issue check them out. I'm telling you they are the truth! Arthritis Knee Pain Center is one of the few that uses a imaging machine while during the injection. And the doctor (Dr Alex Stock MD) is so easy to talk to and explain everything so thoroughly and understandable. The staff upfront and throughout the office are great. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

From the ease of making an appointment to the day of visit what a wonderful place. The staff, the organization was great. The information and treatments were explained. I did the brace and it is so affective! Now trying the shots in other knee. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I can not thank you enough!

My fiancee Tara called here, and VERIFIED that they take her insurance. She made an appointment and we both took off 10/9 to drive to Garden City for this procedure. It's an hour ride from New Rochelle, NY, each way. Upon arrival she was told they do NOT take her insurance and it would be $400 per knee, $800 per visit, paid out of pocket. We lost a day's work, gas money, and $22.34 in tolls across the Whitestone Bridge. She was told "I'm very sorry," and that was all. . . I'm very sorry as well, very sorry that we inquired here and made an appointment. Were we told her insurance was taken as a ruse to get us there, thinking that due to the distance we'd pay out-of-pocket? Then I come here and read the reviews, and realize that this is not such a great place and the procedure is somewhat experimental. Wonderful. . . .

I am grateful for this place.. the pain that I have in my knees is excruciating , but when I get the gel Injections I feel like I can smile and walk again.. the staff is great and understand when I’m in pain and I thank them everyday…

Absolutely amazing! Thank you Dr. Macdonald & Dr. Rush. My knee feels so much better. I’m able to run and have no problems with my knee.
