Dr. McAvey was absolutely wonderful!! I moved my business out of Northwell Fertility because of how terrible they were with patient care, and luckily found Dr. McAvey. She is so down to earth, easy to talk - addressing all questions and concerns, thorough, and takes her time. Unlike other places that treat their patients like an assembly line in a factory! I cannot say enough about the staff, as well. Christine, at the front desk, is a sweetheart and makes the experience easy and pleasant. Overall, this is a 5 star experience from end to end!! I highly recommend, and this review comes from someone who has had experience with another facility, so has something to compare to!

Doctor Mcavey was very professional, knowledgeable and very patient to answer the questions I had about the IVF process. Receptionists and nurses were very kind and made me feel comfortable During my visit.

Staff was great! Very friendly. Dr. Mcavey was very informative, very patient, listened to and answered all of our questions, one of the best dr visits I’ve had in a while! I loved how we had a sit down with Dr Mcavey, then a sit down with the nurse for more information, then a sit down with a financial advisor who went over our coverage in detail. Great, great team there! Front desk staff were great over the phone and in person!
