Dr. Block was literally amazing. My daughter had a lot of wax build up and he was so calm with her when cleaning it all out. She is 2 years old so not used to the wax cleaning process and of course the discomfort but he did such an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. His assistant was also great. If I could give them a million stars I would.

Let me start by saying that this is by far the best medical practice I have visited in Long Island so far.Very efficient and friendly staff.My first time visiting here and I am definitely impressed.The ease of access to the clinic and online check- in is definitely commendable.They remind you of appointments well ahead of time and send you an online registration form for easy access on the day of visit.The clinic also has a strict COVID-19 protocol which I highly appreciate and applaud considering everyone's safety.Dr.Block is a thorough professional and made my ear concerns very easy to resolve.He listens to your queries and responds with care and support.He took his time and expertise to the procedure needed to relieve me of my ear complaints.Definitely a very competent and cheerful doctor.No wonder this doctor had raving 5 star reviews everywhere!! Highly recommend this practice and physician for all your ENT concerns and now I am a very happy Mama with no more annoying ear issues and back to a more enjoyable daily life😀!
