The laser doesn’t work on African American skin. I had treatments for about three years and It didn’t work. They give generic reasons “oh it’s your hormones” that is a bunch of bull. I’m in the medical field and that excuse is not going to fly with me. They don’t have the right machines that work with African American hair. They are very friendly and accommodating when they want you to sign the contract. Then they change the rules midway.

I have been coming to ideal for a while now and the customer service is honestly top noch. You get about three reminders of your appointments text email and a call and they try their best to work with your schedule and rescheduling.The employees also make you feel comfortable without judging you and in my experience always pleasant. Even throughout the treatments you are being asked about your comfort level and they will either give you time or slow the pace to accommodate you.Overall the staff is great the rooms are clean decor is lovely and inviting and there are great discounts when they are available and of course the results afterwards is amazing

Everything about this location is amazing. The facility is very clean and welcoming. My wait was very minimal and I was greeted by fantastic staff. Throughout my whole cool sculpting process I was educated about every step and it was explained to me thoroughly. Go see Clarissa and Savanah and you will not be disappointed
