It is impossible to reach Orlin and Cohen on the phone. I personally went to the office to make an appointment. My doctor (Mait) is terrific but the phone system is murder.

Had a fantastic experience with Dr.Mait, the anesthesiologist, Dr. Rappa, as well as the nurses that helped me before and after my ACL reconstruction surgery. They answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease the day of the operation. The surgical center was also very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend. Dr.Mait has also been very helpful during my post op visits with answering all of my questions and providing me with solid tips as well. He has great experience and knows what he’s doing. My knee is healing and recovering very well. Would definitely recommend for ACL surgeries!!

My review is NOT towards Dr Mait at all. He is a very good Dr and I would recommend him, but unfortunately the Drs at this office may lose their patients by how the staff treat them. Get bounced around on the phone. Left 5 messages including to a supervisor and all were disregarded causing escalating issues. No callbacks etc. Nasty front desk in the Woodbury office!
