Shannon was amazing! She took the time to address all of my concerns and made sure I wasn’t in pain during the treatment by turning on the air cooler. The receptionist were very nice and easy to talk to and ask questions. I always have a great experience with Laseraway every time I come.

I was so hesitant and nervous when I first walked in as this was my very first time having my hair removed by anyone but myself. When I walked in Ali and Mal were so welcoming and talked to me a little about the procedure and products. Afterwards Ali walked me into my room which all was extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing. I loved that I had a cotton terry cover-up to wear and that it was a warm REAL cotton sheet on the bed and a tv to lessen my nerves. My Nurse Valerie came in and she was amazing!!! She put me at ease and explained everything to me before and as she was doing and counted me down as she went along. It was a little uncomfortable but so worth it. I had my face, underarms and brazilian done and to be honest at 53 I wish I had done this 20 years ago. I was nervous and afraid for nothing at all. I’m looking at this as an investment in my self care and I am beyond happy that I did it. I can’t wait for my next appointment and then eventually a hairless smooth body.

I love my clinician Stephanie! She was knowledgeable about the differences between treatments and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. Most importantly her and the girls at front gave me the information about treatments as well as their honest opinions!

If you’re still looking for a place to get laser hair removal, look no further! LaserAway in Garden City is the place to go!! I am currently on my 5th session and I can truly say that I am seeing results. The place is hygienic, the staff are amazing, just the whole vibe of this place is stellar. Highly recommend!
