My experience at Jag One has been amazing! I have been working with Greg and his staff since last summer, they have been so patient with me. Greg has given me the exercises to strengthen my core and Matt and Alyssa have worked hard to keep me on task. Every day I feel myself getting stronger and I am very thankful for all of their support. I don’t want to forget Sydney at the front desk who always greets me with a smile and gets me in quickly. I want to express my thanks to the whole team at Jag One!

My therapy sessions at NY Physical Therapy and Wellness have been outstanding. From the initial introduction by Sydney at the front desk who was pleasant, professional and accommodating to the entire staff who demonstrated a real team approach. Matt Kelapore was extremely thorough, ,thoughtful and skilled in my assessment and plan of care with reevaluation and adjustments in each session as needed. He kept a close supervision of all exercises and provided continuous feedback about outcomes. His cheerful attitude made attending PT a pleasure. Gregory Apostle covered my sessions with the same skills and personal approach when Matt was not available. Armani always welcomed me positively, set me up as prescribed, kept track of my exercises and communicated them to the appropriate therapist. I want to thank all the staff, although I can’t remember everyone’s name for their comprehensive interest in restoration of my function. They are a credit to the program.

In November I had bilateral hip resurfacing performed by Dr Boettner. My therapist, Maria Simone, was not only caring, attentive and professional, but was extremely astute in regard to the treatment protocols that I needed to undergo in order to become fully functional again (I was essentially a walking paraplegic before surgery). Standard time for release to full activity is 6 months post op. Maria was so efficient, thorough, and creative that I stayed engaged in each and every session. Due to her background as a personal trainer before transitioning to Physical Therapy she understood weight training and conditioning better than a number of other PT's that I know. Maria had me ON POINT! When I went to Dr Boettner for a 90 day post op check up, HE FULLY RELEASED ME TO FULL ACTIVITY!!!!!! This was not happening without Maria! Knowing that I would have her as my therapist I would undergo the surgery a hundred times over. Greg runs a pretty tight ship and represents the profession well, the place is extremely clean and presentable, and Sydney is a delight at the front desk. I won't go anywhere else.
