Dr. Ruotolo is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person! I saw her during my pregnancy when my son was diagnosed with a cleft lip and palate. She helped me every step of the way assuring me everything would be OK. She repaired his cleft lip and palate and made every step of the process as easy as possible. He has been doing amazing and I credit it all to her. She is always available to answer any questions I have. I am thankful for her and her team and for everything they’ve done.

Dr. Ruotolo was recommended by a friend and I know why. Even before I was seen by Dr. Ruotolo, she knew what needed to be done by reviewing the images I provided in advance of our 1st appointment. I had an orbital floor fracture as a result of a car accident and needed immediate surgical intervention. Not only Dr. Ruotolo immediately scheduled my initial consultation understanding the urgency of my trauma, but diagnosed me within few minutes. She explained details about the surgery, discussed potential complications of not having the surgery done timely and acted in the most professional manner throughout. I was scared of the surgery, in pain from my accident and angry with the situation I was in, but Dr. Ruotolo was able to put me at ease. She, her PA and the entire staff at the LIPSG are of the highest level of professionalism especially dealing with patients in urgent and painful situations. My surgery went smooth without any complications because of Dr. Ruotolo, who continued to be very calm and professional during the entire process. I was given all the necessary follow up instructions for speedy recovery and was seen back at the office for multiple follow ups to ensure healing process was under control. I was able to get in contact with her PA when I had additional questions throughout the process. I am grateful that I have chosen Dr. Ruotolo for surgery on my face (!), the outcome could have been better only if I wasn't in that accident :) Thank you Dr. Ruotola for taking care of me!

We are so thankful we were referred to Dr Ruotolo for our sons ear treatment. From beginning to end, we had a wonderful experience with Dr Ruotolo and all of her PAs. This was one of the best experiences we've had at a medical practice. Everyone in the office is so sweet and accomodating, and our few week old baby boy did not mind appointments with them at all. We were surprised that in just a few short weeks the results were amazing! My son now has a perfect and adorable little ear =) Thanks for eveyrthing you did for us!

This was my very first time at this location and i really liked the staff and Dr. Ruotolo! My daughter was really nervous for the visit but she was calmed by the interaction she had with Dr. Ruotolo and her staff! What eased My daughter was that she was told she can get a toy from the toy box after seeing the doctor her mind quickly was fixed on getting a toy after her visit. Dr Ruotolo spoke to my daughter with patience and compassion . I definitely recommend her !!
