Dr. B. and all in the office are friendly and professional. My impression is that he is a great plastic surgeon. They caught a potentially very serious condition for me extremely early and took care of it. Hopefully, with monitoring I will be healthy. Also, listen to family members that say "go to the doctor!" I am very happy with the practice and would recommend it to others.

I arrived at my appointment early for a consult, and I filled out the paperwork, met with the nurses and Dr. Bacigalupi who were all friendly, very informative of the next necessary steps, and had me out of their office in a jif (even prior to the scheduled appointment time). I expect this to be a sign of great things to come as we're off to a great start in our relationship.

The experience was more than I could have expected. Started off with meeting up with Tracey who asked me what I was expecting out of my cosmetic procedure. I was able to express exactly what I wanted and realistic expectations. I finally met with Dr. Bacigalupi, who has a very well-known reputation for his amazing work not only cosmetically but for his expertise in Mohs Surgery. He was so attentive to my concerns, (as I did have a “breakdown” as a “newbie”, but he reassured me, and I couldn’t be any happier.
