Listen up! I was referred to Dr Badkhshan through the Veterans Administration community care at Northport for the purpose of treating my peyronie’s disease. After reviewing my options I decided to go with the surgical procedure that was performed at Winthrop Hospital. First of all the entire pre-surgical team both at the office and at Winthrop were polite, professional and pleasant, 3P’s. The medical team at the hospital again was 3Ps as well. The procedure was actually performed in a real life OR, that and Dr Badkhshan’s professional bedside manner really put me at ease. From them putting me to sleep to me waking up in post-op took approximately 3hrs (or maybe less) On our way home that day my wife wanted to stop at the pharmacy to pick up pain killers as prescribed by the staff, I told her not to and I opted to take 2 naproxen just in case. Needless to say there was no need for that, I never felt any pain at all. As far as healing I was able to take regular showers after 48hrs, the sutures fell off maybe the following week and have continued to heal flawlessly. Also, throughout the entire process my privacy was maintained at all times, well, except in the OR room but you’re sedated anyway. I’ll return to see Dr Badkhshan in a week or so for my post surgery follow-up and I look forward to making him my permanent urologist. If I had to make any (1) negative comment it would be that I wish I could write doc’s name without looking up the spelling, lol. Thank you Dr B, your office staff, the entire team at Winthrop Hospital and Northport Hospital Community Care. So gentlemen, vets (and ladies too,idk) please see Dr B and get back on the good foot. Fall out.

Dr S. Badkhshan is a certified compassionate doctor and very knowledgeable about his specialty. He takes his time to explain the scheduled procedure to his client and was very patient while doing it. The world needs more doctors like him to relieve patient's anxiety and fear and make someone more eager to seek medical help..Will highly recommend him.
