Been going to Dr Daly for many years maybe 15 or more. Very happy with services ….. the office staff is outstanding. !!! Faye /Sharon are the most caring office managers …. Always a smile … friendly…. And kind!!! As of the rest of the staff! Thank you for always being there for me!!! I would totally recommend dr Daly and his staff as well. 5 stars from me!!!!!

Just showed up 10 minutes late to my appointnent bc the long island expressway was closed. A very rude secretary named Fay refused to let me in. She cancelled my appointnent. I have waited an hour bc other owople walk in 1/2 hour late at my actual apt time. This is outrageous. I drove an hoyt abd a half to get here this morning. I walked in at 9:10am for a 9:00am apt.

Im a new patient. Dr Daly saw me personally and was friendly, efficient, and didnt rush me out. His assistants were also very pleasant. My prior Derm never seen me personally. It was always a 20 year old PA with no experience. I understand we all start somewhere but I prefer to have a doctor with experience who can answer questions and make me feel confident the treatment was proper.

I went to Dr. Daly because he is the only dermatologist that actually helps me. I have been to many dermatologist, including the dermatologists in his office and they do not help. They are quick fixes but never resolve the issues. Dr. Daly knows his stuff and will get to the bottom of your issue. The only problems are the wait time in the waiting room and how long it takes to get an appointment. Having to wait so long in the waiting room is unacceptable and I feel forced to bear it but I understand why it takes so long to get an appointment. A great doctor is hard to find. I do not like how doctors feel that it is okay for us to wait like we do not have a life too. And, they sure get paid a pretty penny from us. Unfortunately, we are at their mercy but it is rude and unprofessional. With all that being said I will continue to go to Dr. Daly because he really is the best dermatologist I've ever been to.

The wait is ridiculous in this place. Every time I go it’s an hour wait to see the doctor. Shame, I like Dr. Daly.

I have been a patient for over a decade. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed with the receptionist that they were a PPO participating provider. Upon my arrival and after some confusion, I was told that they do not take my insurance. Moreover, I was told that they "do not take medicaid." I'm still wondering why that was necessary to say because I don't have medicaid. I explained to the receptionist that my health insurance was under the ACA and she said "I don't know what that is." Clearly. I left and called my health insurance company, who in turn called GCD and explain to them how health insurance works. I called to reschedule and no one thought is was appropriate to apologize for their mistake and for wasting my time. If you make a mistake, apologize, make it right and move on. That is how you avoid bad reviews.

I had excellent care and I was extremely pleased. I don’t think I could find anybody better!
