Dr Handler herself seems like a good doctor. I was waiting fot a culture result. I called multiple times. The wait time on average when you call the office is 12 minutes minimum for hold time. The receptionists are in a rush and either have no answers, or they say they will call back but do not. Which means you will have to call back alloting 12 minutes minimum again to reach anybody with the same question. If they'd call back I wouldn't have to keep calling 3 days in a row contributing to the heavy call volume/wait time on hold. Very frustrated. I have to see Dr Handler and have to deal with having to call the office.

I have been seeing Dr .Handler for 10 + years. I have scompromised immune system along with 2 auto immune diseases..Dr Handler has helped me overcome many a urological problem that I have had caused by the above. I have had many procedures in her office with complete satisfaction. She always returns my calls with explanations that I completely understand . Her staff are kind , competent and professional. I would recommend Dr Handler to anyone with a urology problem.

My wife was told by Dr. Handler that she would call her personally. Two weeks have gone by and my wife called 5 times to get peridium called in. No response. The office staff is starting to act annoyed with my wife but we are not getting any answers. She spoke to the office manager also who cleared up one issue. The staff says Dr. Handler has the message. So she simple does not care to return calls. Totally unacceptable. So my wife called today and was told it was called in on the 30th. How were we supposed to know that?? Called pharmacy and the script was sent to the wrong pharmacy. So we cleared it up. No thanks to the office.
