I have been a patient with rosacea for years. Dr. Luo is a great doctor who has helped me manage all my skin problems. I've had biopsies, acne etc..you name it. Discusses everything and answers all my questions.. He's very pro-active in treating my skin.

Perform surgery on my left leg. Dr. Wayne did an amazing stitching job. There is barely a scar to be seen.

Filled out paperwork and sent in advance. On arrival reception verbally asked for all the same info again orally. Wasted my time. When scheduling appt I checked with my insurance for coverage and the doctor’s office checked too and said I was covered. I had to wait while they again checked when I arrived. I was covered. Doctor asked if I wanted to send the tissue sample to the lab. He didn’t think it was anything. Of course I want the tissue checked. That’s why I went. Days later, They called and just left a message to call. I repeatedly called them for two weeks for the results. They said they didn’t have them. They did not know why they called and left a message. Two weeks later after pestering them, they tell me the results were in two weeks ago and they were positive. I told them they were incompetent. They said basal cell doesn’t metastize and they hung up on me. Will never use them again.

He's a competent surgeon but lacks compassion. He once responded to a follow-up question about a planned facial Moh's surgery, with no empathy regarding my fears about scarring, etc. In addition, he rarely took me within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The wait time is usually 45 minutes or longer with no apologies. I don't think he understands how important these other qualities are to some patients.
