Dr. Stern, has been our family physician for over two decades and has become more than our doctor. He is a caring person who not only gives excellent medical care, but sincerely cares about our personal well being. We love him and the excellent professional care he gives. We feel privileged to have him as our doctor.

Booked my annual physical and not until the doctor entered the room was I informed that not only did they book my appointment wrong, but they didn't have time to do a physical that day. When I told the doctor that It had been over a year since I'd been to the doctor due the pandemic and I had a list of issues to discuss, his response was, "I DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH TIME, THERE ARE OTHER PATIENTS WAITING. He was in the room for a total of 7 minutes" They then billed me for a lot of things that didn't actually take place, and left me with a nightmare of a battle with insurance. Couldn't pay me to go back there.

Dr. Stern is wonderful. Great bedside manner. I was in search for a PCP and have decided to stay as his patient. Very nice staff as well.

The office staff are very inconsiderate and very rude...they have a very nasty attitude...especially the office manager....very unprofessional....the social skills and communication between patients staff and doctor stern its just not there...I mean I feel like dr stern just rushed through a visit with him more than feeling like he really has some care ..there is no doctor patient communication nor any interest in your health....its really sad....

I am a male who never used to go to see a doctor but after meeting with Dr. Stern I felt so comfortable and at ease. He gives me straight answers which i like. If you want a great doctor make your appointment now.
