Great overall experience with knowledgeable physician and office staff

My first visit, I saw a NP. who examined my ears and scheduled an appt. with an audiologist. When I got to the 2nd appt. the receptionist took my copay, I went into the examining room with the same NP who looked in my ears the first time and she said, "keep doing what you're doing and we will schedule you for a hearing test." I told her that this appt. was to be a hearing test. She said,"well the Audiologist isn't here today." They could have called me at home and told me that they needed to reschedule and saved me the trip, time and money. I drove quite a distance to get there. I could have paid my husband to tell me, "Keep doing what you're doing." I rescheduled for the Audiologist, but the more I thought about it, the angrier I became. I cancelled the appt. and told them why,all they said was,"We're sorry about that", but they did not offer to reimburse the copay. The "employees" in this office seem very unprofessional to me. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
