Dr. Lavanga is great. I am very picky with my OB/ GYN providers due to personal complications ive had in the past... I recently went through something very tough and asked Dr. Lavanga if we could just sit down and talk. I was mentally drained, overwhelmed, a little emotional. Dr. Lavanga took time to listen to all my concerns. She was extremely empathetic towards everything I was going through, she did not rush me nor force me to do anything I was uncomfortable with. She took my PHR and my voice into deep consideration. She takes time to explain what everything is step by step so you understand and also answers all questions. she is very thorough and does not waste any time if you are in need of urgent/ immediate medical attention . I feel extremely comfortable speaking with her about anything us ladies may experience throughout womanhood and trust that im in good hands!

Dr. Lavanga is a wonderful obstetrician. She is kind and compassionate. She listens to your concerns and answers any questions you have without making you feel like you are wasting her time. One of the best OBs around!

Great doctor. She always has listened to my concerns and answers any questions I may have. She has helped me through some very disappointing medical news several times and was always very nice and compassionate. I've been seeing her for 3 years now and even though I've moved further away I still take the extra travel time and stay with her and her office. It's 100% worth it.

I had an issue with chronic yeast infections... Tried to schedule an appointment, and wasn't able to see her for 3-4 weeks... day of my appointment finaly arrives and I'm five minutes late due to "health screeningings" and traffic, and am refused to be seen... Receptionist took forever to wait on me, and then was told I was too late to the appointment. Not pleased with Finger Lakes Health system.. Dr. Lavanga is fine, the all of 5 minutes I've spent with her... But I've waited longer than I was late, just to get a depo shot...

Recepcionist wouldn’t even take my info because I was “late” for 3 minutes. Explained that I was looking for parking and for the office since I’m not from Geneva and it was my first time here. Even when I explained this the secretary was not helpful and dismiss me even when I was there already. Very unhappy with the service.
