Liudmila A Skudnov's Online Review Report Card

During my regular follow up visit this afternoon (6/27/23) at Geneva Family Medicine I had multiple questions regarding the medication I was taking and also those I have stopped. Dr. Skudnov answered all my questions/queries with absolute clarity & satisfaction. She is one few Drs. who is extremely patient & lends listening ear to all your questions. I was born/ raised in India & my accent is different than any local person born here; I am so glad that Dr. Skudnov is one of those docs who listens carefully to her patients concerns, spends quality time with them and gives them suggestions backed with factual data/information unlike many other doctors who are always in a rush to go from one patient to another. She thoroughly discussed all my lab works with me & also compared with previous years results. We discussed pros/cons of use of different types of drugs. She is extremely pleasant person who has a great smile that has a calming effect. She will be my PCP for longtime. Thank you Doc

She took my concerns seriously and offered solutions to try and help me. She was able to take her time and was very thorough and kind.

I cannot believe that this women is a doctor. She is rude, unprofessional and lacks complete compassion and empathy for her patients. During my appointment she kept rolling her eyes at me, made me feel as though me being there was a nuisance and then When you politely let her know that she is being rude she thinks it’s a game and laughs then thanked me for “making her day”. She needs a job that doesn’t involve her working with people, especially those that are ill.

Dr. Skudnov is great. Caring and listens to her patients. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Skudnov explained my test results, and she gave me her opinion. She also listened to what I was telling her about what I think my body is telling me. She is the first doctor to listen to me in a very long time. My conversation with her was a positive move to better health for my future.

Dr. Skudnov treated me with the utmost disrespect and rudeness I have ever encountered with a doctor. I went with my elderly mom who needs assistance. While she was asking questions about her health the doctor quickly changed subjects and abruptly changed her medication. Of course I wanted to know the difference between the old medication and the new, so I looked it up on my phone. I also was putting notes into my phone as most people do today in 2022. The doctor VERY RUDELY accused me of "taping" her, told me that I was "being inappropriate" and to "put the phone away, it was in appropriate". I am a grown adult with 2 grown children. I am a professional with a Master's Degree. I absolutely was not videoing her at all, I simply wanted information on medication being given to my 87 year old mother. In addition, the doctor is younger than me, yet scolding me for doing NOTHING WRONG! I was so upset. My blood was boiling. I said nothing the remainder of the visit. HORRIBLE!!
