Dr. Shafqat is simply the gold star of doctors. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind and dedicated to making his patients lives better. My reduction mammoplasty was 6 months ago and the results are life changing. Not only was he able to relieve my physical discomfort but he was able to give me the self confidence every person needs. I will be forever grateful to Cassandra and the staff who worked so diligently alongside the doctor. Questions and concerns were answered immediately . Cassandra helped me navigate not only my medical concerns but she helped me navigate my insurance questions as well. When I was unable to get clear answers Cassandra did. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shafqat and his practice. He possesses professionalism as well as the kindest bedside manner. A perfect combination.

I recently had a panniculectomy done by Dr. Shafqat.bto remove the excess skin from my stomach. He really changed my life. Before my gastric surgery I was pushing 300 PDS because of Dr. Chin and Dr. Shafat I feel so much more confident than I've ever felt in a long time

Dr.Shafqat and his staff are absolutely amazing! I got my procedure done in March and he was super attentive before, during, and post procedure. He has excellent bed side manner and makes sure to quadroople check on the exact results you are looking for. If I ever want another plastics procedure– I will be choosing him.

When I think of my journey, it brings tears to my eyes. After 4 kids and a huge weight gain, I found myself morbidly obese. I decided to have Gastric Sleeve. Even though though the surgery was successful and I lost well over 130 pounds, I still felt that I wasn’t the person I once was. I reached out to doctors to no avail. After 10 years I decided to try again. I reached out to NYBG Plastics. After my consultation with Dr. Shafqat, I know exactly what needed to be done and I trust him to do it. The process went smoothly and I had my surgery to remove excess skin with a lower body lift. I must say, that was the best decision I could’ve made. When I look at myself in the mirror, sometimes I can’t help but cry. I see the old me before the four kids and I love it. This is one of the best decisions that I ever made and Dr. Shafqat and Cassie were there for me every step of the way for any questions that I had.
