Very greedy Doctor. I had a wart and a skin tag. Went to visit him. Copy $40. He took a biopsy of the wart, even though it is a common wart. He told me skin tag is not covered by insurance. He did not mention anything about wart.He made me come back a second time, another $40 copy just to tell me that warts are also not covered, I asked for a refund of my copy since he did not do anything other than telling me that wart is also not covered, which he could have said on the last visit and save me the additional copay. He refused to refund me the copy saying, if I saw him, then the copy is charged. Regardless that it was his fault I had to go there again, just to pay another copy. Charges a copy for just coming to see him. Only to hear that my insurance does not cover wart removal. He could have told me that on my previous visit. Instead he let me combine again, pay the $40 copy and tell me my insurance does not cover it. I should use OTC medicine. Else it would be $150 for each one of 4 warts I have, four different sessions. Refused to refund me the copay when I asked.

Never went try to make an appointment she put me on hold for 20 minutes

Made an appointment over the phone. Asked if I needed a referral, the receptionist said, "NO". Went into the office, paid the copay. Was seen by Dr. Brezel who was not friendly at all. Was told my insurance didn't cover what I went for, so I left. Now I have a collections on my record of over $400 for a "visit" because I didn't bring a referral. SCAMMERS!!!!!! Doctors it’s fine but the rules are not nice if you have a insurance and you have deductible you have to pay $100 more and your copay

I’ve been going to Dr. Berzel for about 3 months. Nice guy and very smart. His staff is friendly and take the time to explain things to you. I would absolutely recommend him.

I've never had a bad experience here. I think the workers are friendly and professional. Doctor Brezel is always pleasant. He takes his time and never rushes you out like other places I have been. People are complaining that the wait can be a bit long, but that's with any place you may go. I personally think anything is worth the wait when you're getting good service. As many times as I have been here, I honestly only had a long wait one time. I did not mind because they did their best to get in me on short notice, so I was thankful. I wonder if Dr. Brezel realizes how many customers one worker is costing him. I've been here twice. I have great health insurance, I provided my insurance information to the angry worker everyone here is talking about. The angry worker put me into collections because data entry is too difficult for her. The angry worker did not reach out to me before putting me into collections because that would be too difficult for this special angry worker. Not only is she bad at a simple job but she's also rude to everyone I've seen her interact with, so I guess it's nice to know it's not personal. I visited this office a few days ago and I can say the service from Dr Ted Brezel was not what I expected, he recommend me something without insurance coverage and he not offer me other option. And above all, the attention of the 3 who work in front is not at all friendly, especially the one who takes the vitals and the other older woman who is in that office is not professional.
