My daughter had her impacted wisdom teeth out and it went very well. she chose to be awake with Novocain. No trouble and her called personally the next day to check on her. I would recomend him in a second. Thank you Doc.

This Doc is old school, he does things right and takes his time to explain everything. My husband had an infected tooth that needed an extraction. He fit us right in and advised us on what to do to improve the situation until the extraction. Excellent, personally called to check on him the next day. Thank you Dr. Reisman.

My son had 2 wisdom teeth removed and everything came out fine. The billing department sucks. They only bill one insurance at a time and then add a $10 finance charge to the bill because of it. They then did not bill the 3rd insurance we had and then they sent it to an attorney in Vermont and this too went on my credit report. Great dentist but terrible business for billing!!!! I would love to say what I actually want to but that would be inappropriate to do. Also, to add a consultation fee is done most everywhere but, in my opinion, completely unwarranted. The original dentist sends the pictures and they should be viewed and a plan in place for the work to be done. They receive alot of money for what they do. I was somewhat leary of the camera and recording procedures. Should be helpful for anyone with a suit against them if they would provide the video. I recently had to have 6 teeth removed by Dr. Reismann. - I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS PERSON . He pulled my teeth without giving the Novocain time to work so essentially, It was like I had no Novocain at all. I told him he was hurting me and that he needed to let the Novocain work but he simply said and I quote " I have another appointment at 4:00. I don't have time to wait all day. I reported him to the American Dental association and also the state board of Dentistry as well. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS SADIST . (((( You have been warned ! ))))

WARNING! Do not go to Reisman if you have anxiety. I got my wisdom teeth out here, and not only was he completely insensitive to my anxiety, he didn't give me enough anesthesia, so I woke up during the end of my surgery. Needless to say, I had a panic attack until he sedated me again. I woke up incredibly scared and shaken, and the doctor comes running in TO SHOW ME MY TOOTH, the guy is an idiot. After my surgery Reisman and his staff denied that any of this happened. Then the same exact thing happened to my younger sister. It was very traumatizing for both of us. Furthermore, my recovery was very slow and painful. I couldn't chew for weeks, and it hurt to chew for months. He straight up told me that he had to tear up a lot of muscles in my jaw, and said that's why my recovery was so slow.

Dr Reisman's service and knowledge is great - however, I found their billing practices to be unsavory. I visited the office in March 2013 to have the Dr look at previous dental work performed elsewhere. They attempted to charge my dental insurance $230. Unbeknownst to me, the dental insurance company denied their payment. Ok, no big deal, I'll pay the bill, right? Instead of anyone contacting me, the office sent the delinquent payment to ASSET RECOVERY SERVICES, which has put a nice black eye on my credit report. Ouch.
