Dr Plumer is wonderful, he's the 1st to finally helped to resolve my chronic IBS-D. He doesn't prescribe opioids as mentioned elsewhere. I truly appreciate his warmth & understanding, he totally listens and connects with his patients on a sincere & concerned level and so professional. His NY certifications are impressive and hard to find in this area. He's young & motivated and interested in staying current, that's obvious in all he does. I would highly recommend him to friends & family.

My overall experience with Dr. Plumer and his entire staff is one that I can describe as .... “Peace in the middle of a storm” Dr. Plumer has a smooth and comfortable, very thorough way Of speaking to his patients. When undergoing a procedure in his Wisner building, that entire staff and nurses are absolutely amazing. The nurturing cares poured out can be quite a comforting experience.
