Andrew Hirsch Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Hirsch is one of the most popular doctors in the area for good reason: he is genuine and caring and possesses a great sense of humor.... It is a shame, however, that his office staff is awful, so withering and impatient that I find myself having to look for a new doctor.

Ay dios no puedo estar más agradecida desde que me mude de la ciudad ha sido mi doctor por mas de 14 años lo adoro es compasivo.,amable, cariñoso el y todos los doctores enfermeras, Patricia, Brenda Sus Secretarias, Gladys Dayana siempre aunque no tenga cita le buscan un espacio el mismo dia.Puedo decir que le debo mi vida sufri mucho tiempo con diverticulitis un problema grave y el dr Hirsch me remitio al especialista que era. mi vida era miserable tomando 12 meses antibióticos los 7 dias ala semana la última vez el me remitio urgente ala sala de emergencia y el mismo se tomo la molestia de llamar y me estaban esperando sentia mucho esclofrío junto con el l doctor Peralo otro gran dr muy profesional tome la decisión de operarme los amo yo ya no podia ni caminar del dolor 10 veces fui a dar ala sala de emergencia .no tengo sino palabras de gratitud para el y todo su personal su esposa la dra Ross lo más bello del mundo calidad humana unica seguiria destacando sus prosfesionalismo la mejor elección de mi vida Gracias a Todos.

I am not very happy with my experience. I have had three instances that were very unpleasant over the past 1.5 years. I requested them to complete paperwork, it took them over a month to send it completed (it was sent incomplete several times missing signatures, dates, and answers to questions). When I asked to speak with the manager she was very rude and continued to make excuses and false claims that it was sent. I also have been denied to be seen for allergies as they "will not see sick patients"; I was given a tele health appointment in which they obviously could not check my lungs, when asked about this they informed me I would probably be asked to get an xray... so more money out of my pocket for what reason exactly? My biggest issue is with the front staff, I worked in a doctor office for several years and recognized that i was working with patients that have elevated stress levels and did my best to never become combative. The second issue is that they always need to be right... which is bad customer service. A few staff were good though Dr. Spreitzer and Ziegler are amazing... they are the only reason I stayed as long as I did!

Don’t you hate when you go to a doctor and you seem to know more than he does? The big tip off was when I was leaving, I spotted a cabinet full of MLM vitamins and supplements he was selling. I wasn’t impressed with his staff either. The receptionist was on the phone and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me and tell me she’d be with me in a moment. I’m not going back.

I became a patient of Dr. Hirsch 4 years ago when my former physician left Horizon Medical, and he is by far the best doctor I have ever had. While appointment timeslots are often 15 minutes or less, he really listens to what you have to say and explains things very thoroughly. He is NOT a doctor who is going to prescribe you whatever and send you on your way, he actually takes the time to research what your ailment may be & follows up. This approach is what found two disorders that I have that other doctors missed for YEARS. My quality of life has been greatly improved because of Dr. Hirsch.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hirsch for about 15 years and actually saw him maybe twice in all that time. I like the pa’s there but they are not doctors and I am paying to see a doctor. I would not recommend this office if you like myself like to get what your paying for not to mention they’re phlebotomy dept whom you made an appointment with then they just text you to tell you your appointment has been cancelled and that if you still want to come in then you should call to schedule another appointment.
