My doctor does not properly fill things out and has cost me money with the insurance. Do not fill out forms without first checking the fine print they will charge you money just for filling out a form they push to you!

Awful place

I would like to say I spk to a rep today and she went above ans beyond the customer service experience. Her name is Catherine Egenes. I was on the phone with a call ctr rep by the name of Bonnie. Who gave me all of the wrong information. By the time I got to Catherine I was angry. But she assisted me and my son was able to get his PCR. Thank you Crystal run for having Catherine Egenes on your team. She is a Rockstar!!!!

I personally haven't visited this office, but a family member of mine had a gynecology appointment today and I am writing a review on her behalf. This was her first time having an appointment with a gynecologist and had made this aware with a doctor at Crystal Run Healthcare in Goshen, but the doctor did not show any concern or had even tried to comfort her knowing it is a scary and uncomfortable appointment for a first timer. This doctor not only was insensitive but once she was about to begin the examination, she didn't even give a warning that she was going to insert an examination tool or swab, she just went for it. Then, she just explained she was going to prescribe her medication, didn't allow questions to be asked nor explained what the medication was for and left the exam room. As a person who works in health care, I am mortified for my family member and that she had to experience this and especially because it was her first time receiving a cervical examination. If you work in health care, you are expected to carry a high amount of compassion and the ability to comfort patients when they are in a vulnerable state. I hope this review gets back to the doctor and that nobody ever has to experience something like this at this office again. If you work in health care, please practice bedside manners!

Had notified them I would be late multiple times bc I was traveling by train from nyc. Then heard the nurse say, “i don’t care, she was late, make her wait”, over the phone when I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. I waited for over an hour then had to leave.

Generally, CRHC is just not with it. Bring a problem about billing and nothing gets done. Just try to get past billing statements for specific date, print them (or print to PDF), they come out jumbled and incomplete. They look nothing like the mailed bill. I'd go electronic billing if they had some sembelence to the mailed bill. Pay a co-pay when checking in - the receipt is complete vague - no notation that it is a co pay. A NEVER listen the doctor..... when the clerk is asked to add a notation to the receipt - seems fear sets in not allowed or able to do that. These people are totally tone deaf to the customers concerns. They only sample customer satisfaction for 5 star practitioners. Guess they are chasing only favorable surveys. If my doctors were at a different company - look out I'd be gone from CRHC in a flash. Lots of excuses - no results !! They love to pass the buck " Oh, that's another department......" I've written dr teitlebaum several times with no results or the courtesy of a return call. They seem to be more interested in $$$$$$$, seems to be a high turn over - not at all impressed. I bet they pay the lowest in the industry.

I have not only been an employee of crhc but also a patient. I started back In 2011 when it was still semi small. Now 7 years later and they have like 20 locations and hundreds of docs. Some are sweet and compassionate but that's when they're new...after a few years of working for crhc people become heartless. Docs, nurses, MAs, they dont care about service or health they care about quantity, numbers, putting as many patients as possible into schedules making people wait hours for their appt. Then if you're more than 15 min late you're cancelled??. They own their own healthcare now right..you'd think they'd offer their employees free healthcare. NOPE! it's almost $300 a paycheck and that's if you're single with no kids! We all know how many specialists they have at crhc right? Well that means what one doc sees or thinks, all the docs will see. And lets talk about HIPAA. How many people do you know work there?? Well they're all looking at your charts...now let's talk about wages..in 2011 I was given 17 an hour as an lpn in 2014 when I quit. I was making 17.24 after 3 years! Then when I was rehired after 7 years of experience I was offered a whopping $18 an hour. MAs. Make less than cashiers at dunkin donuts. And they're bringing in millions daily. Go to a private doctor office who cares, remembers your name and doesnt make you wait on hold for hours...

Medical services are top notch billing dept.is a whole different story i always pay my co-pay at time of service frequently receive bills that have been paid already young lady i spoke with in billingon several occasions dosen't have any customer service skills feeds you some double talk about (yes that bill has been paid but that payment was applied to another bill)sa i stated i always pay co-,pay at time of service Crystal Run should look into who they hire in their billing dept.

Went to physician and was given script for an ultrasound for my upper, middle, and lower abdomen. I made appointment with radiology and had ultrasound done. However only upper abdomen was done. When doctor called for follow up she told me she only saw one ultra sound. She advised me to call and schedule the other two. I called up radiology and was told mid and lower abdomen couldn't be done on same day due to their scheduling. When I explained my work schedule and the fact That each ultrasound takes 5 minutes and I didn't want to take 2 days off from work or shouldn't have to pay an additional co pay I was told that someone from radiology would contact me with a date where I could do both. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for that call. What a joke CRHC has become.
