Got in relatively quickly considering the number of people waiting. Staff was good. But....TWO people asked what pharmacy I use. 4+ hours later and my scripts STILL haven't been called in. Tried calling at 4:15 twice, no answer, then it kicked me off. Like...what?? That's kind of a big deal. 😳

An hour and half in the waiting room with no end in sight. Taking in patients who arrived long after me. Didn’t feel like waiting which would have been another hour or so in the exam room so I left. Too busy on the weekends or short staffed, not sure what the reason is but I’ll avoid using this urgent care clinic from now on.
