The staff is very nice, although had change of Dr without notice day of once. Dr Hurwitz is a nice guy but doesn't seem on top of his trade. Needed to be reminded of drug issues as relating to pre-existing condition listed on patient's record. Wasn't clear about which drugs are off market. Additionally, but not related, they ( Bon Securs) put me up for collection for $23. 23 dollars, during time of cover. I highly recommend another physician. Dr. McLaughlin, at Crystal Run, and they are much more compassionate about financial challenges you may face.

As written above. Whenever I need to make an appointment by phone or in office (Goshen location) they do not have a pleasant word. Only snippy answers, rude uncaring attitudes. Thinking of changing doctors because the staff is the first line that you see when you see a doctor. The impression is not a good one or one that needs to be tolerated.

Dr Hurwitz was very thorough and kind. I really liked him. His staff, however, are very incompetent & rude. I needed important forms to be filled out & it was almost 1 month after I dropped them off that, they were completed correctly. I had to go there more than once regarding this situation. I also called the office several times complaining of pain & was told I would receive a call back & never did. If this is how they treat cardiac patients, I will no longer be going there & WILL NOT RECOMMEND this office to anyone else because of their incompetence! It's sad, disappointing & extremely frustrating when you are very ill & feel mistreated & unimportant. Very sad.

Dr Hurwitz is vey smart, kind and caring. He is very down to earth and treats his patients with respect. I went to him for a second opinion and now I will not see anyone else

I just recently switched to Dr Hurwitz. He spent a lot of time with me and explained my complicated problem to me and my family. He referred me to another doctor in his group for a stent. what a wonderful team of cardiologsts. compassionate and kind doctors and wonderful staff. dr. hurwitz made me feel comfortable in asking any question both doctors called me after my proceedure to see how i was doing--very rare in a doctor today

Dr. Hurwitz is very professional but down to earth. He is a very smart cardiolgist who cares about his patients. He spent a lot of time with me and even spoke to my family about my heart conditon. He really made me feel at ease. You should see this great cardiologist
