Handled my severely damaged back for 12 years, then stopped ,,without a plan. I thought is was the end ofthe world. But I have a Syphocis and couldn't stop pain pills, all together, with Nelson. I would say I've been on pain meds for least 18 years. There is no way out. After many years as this very disappointed

Totally agree with other 1 star ratings. I would give a negative rating if possible. Dismissive, rude, lazy and the receptionist thinks that because she works for a doctor she can diagnose my problem over the phone and proceed to tell me my insurance wont cover it... :/ A sinking ship since Dr Nelson left. You will regret going here.

Have been coming to this office for over 5 years. I've never seen Dr Nelson only Brooke Adams. NP. I needed my prescriptions refilled, found out that both of the above are no longer there. I've been looking for over 2 weeks & not being told anything. How can a doctor office not know where they've gone? The website isn't updated & there's conflicting information that leads to no where. I'm now searching for a new primary doctor.

When I took my friend there, the staff were not so friendly and the Doctor was so dismissive. Made a rude comment about me knowing him...

Why did you leave West Seneca without a word? You left me to a Dr that abused me and changed my meds without knowing me for 5 minutes! Now I am depressed and in agony from pain. Why weren't we told that our DR moved!! Others in the waiting room expressed that same disgust. Now I am traveling over 40 minutes to see you in Grand Island because I am not getting the the medical care I need . How sad for us patients.

I've had many doctors in my lifetime. Dr Nelson is the best. He is honest about what he finds, knows the body and the toll athletics has taken on it and has the skill of reading the body problems by manipulating joints and moving body parts. I would and have recommended him to my family and friends. Selfishly, I would hope he never retires because I haven't found another doctor who could replace him.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT COULD NEVER HAVE A BETTER DOCTOR

In over 25 years I have found Dr. Nelson to be nothing less than SUPERB. I was shocked to discover that he had left this practice. Was told he has one day practice in Grand Island. This would be much too far for me nowadays. This is indeed, a sad and disappointing day as from day one I found Gary to be extremely knowledgable, caring and helpful. This med group, patients, and the medical field will suffer with his departure. Best wishes to you Dr. NELSON and may God Bless you always. You always gave your all despite being so overburdened.

My husband has been with Dr Nelson about 30 years I started to see him 22 years ago. He is a fantastic Dr Very smart and caring.. We’ve seen many of the nice PA’s too. However it seems just this week Dr Nelson has left his orchard park location. No letter went out, no good bye. Just up and left. Disappointing seeing we’ve been with him sooo long. Now he’s just moved to far away. But understand considering what he’s leaving. Since the merge the office is chaos. Im always standing at window to check in several minutes. Woman behind window bickering and 1 don’t know how to use the computer. Once inside everyone is new. I now see a very nice PA but my husband was furious with the woman Dr he just saw. Refusing to refill meds Dr Nelson has had him on for many years. Also not nice. The office isn’t the same. Then trying to check out? More chaos. Once Dr Nelson and Dr Guth office has become WNY medical group and both doctors have left But Dr N is great, I’d definitely see him if he was close
