I checked in online. Waited no more than 5 minutes for the preliminary eye exam and pupil dilation. Waited another 5 minutes or so for imaging to be done. Saw Dr. Li a short while later. Dr. Li was great, as were both technicians.

Dr. Li is excellent! He found the retinal tear in 10 seconds that 2 other ophthalmologists spent over 90 minutes - 3 appointments , trying to find. He is easy to talk to, very caring and he fixed my tear right away with a laser,- saving my eye sight. His office is very well organized and I highly recommend him .

Dr. Li seems to be concerned only with covering his "policies" and himself. He refused to share my medical records with me during my visit and did not define a condition I suffer from when asked to. He left the exam room and did not return. A staff manager came instead to help solve the problem. I may be reporting "Dr." Albert Li to the appropriate medical authorities as messing with someone's eyesight is not to be taken lightly! My brother lost his sight due to medical malpractice (proven by court records) and the same thing is NOT going to happen to me. I am a patient, not your paycheck, "Dr. Albert Li -- SHAME ON YOU! Dr. Li's "assistant" does not understand there is more at stake than when she leaves work. Terrible communicator, tried to interfere with my intent to discuss my concerns with the doctor and kept trying to push a procedure on me that, based on my current condition, I was NOT ready for! I am likely to file an official complaint against this individual who could benefit from patient-service training instead of being an arrogant "know-it-all." Very disappointed! I would like to speak to the head manager of this location as I am weighing my options what to do about my experience with Dr. Li and his assistant.
