Very organized with paperwork that can be done online and text messages /emails about it so you don’t have 100 forms to fill out /sign there. The only thing that didn’t work is the insurance card. They still needed to scan it even though I uploaded the pictures online. Not a big deal. Staff and doctor were super nice and efficient. I didn’t have to wait a lot in between. I was impressed, it’s rare these days. I even got an email of the payment receipt! Finally a doctor office that is not stuck in 1980.

Dr. Rhee and his team are excellent. They were incredibly helpful and reassuring during my visit. It was clear from the onset that Dr. Rhee was exceptionally knowledgeable, and I felt confident that my eyes were in good hands. Moreover, he was kind, friendly, and patient in explaining relevant findings. Would recommend Dr. Rhee to anyone requiring a visit with a retina specialist.
