Dr. Karen Wesson Md's Online Review Report Card

She is always very late keeps patients waiting while she is busy talking on phone or in the hall. The staff is rude and not helpful. The office manager is hostile, argumentative and very nasty. This is not a good place to go.

I waited 5months for my appt. I drove 25 minutes and got there before they are even open because my appt was 8:30. I work at night and got up early to go to my appt since this is suppose to be my first time going to this office as my coworker recommend it. And lady in the front desk said I have no appt today since she can't find my name. I beg to see the Dr since this wasn't my fault. I explained to the front desk lady that all I want is the Dr to se my syrongoma under my eye and see what treatment is needed to wether a cream or a procedure. The lady insist that the Dr can't see me because she is all book for today. This is not my fault and why can't they accommodate me. This is not acceptable I left disappointed and mad. Of course I will never go back to this office again Just make it sure you call before you go to your appt.

Office is clean and extremely friendly. And Dr. Wesson is Amazing!

Not Thorough! Zips through skin checks so fast- she doesn’t take them seriously! She’s chatting with her assistant the whole time (all of 30 seconds). Had to have it done by another derm who found cancer that she missed!!! Got MOHS surgery after. WAKE UP LADY and DO YOUR JOB! Retire if you’re not up for it. Don’t put patients at risk! NEGLIGENT!!

I am a patient of Dr Wesson for many years now, she is so professional, kind and caring. Her staff is awesome, from the front desk to the estheticians. If I can I will give them 10 stars.

I have been using Dr. Wesson for almost 5 years and would recommend her to everyone! She knows her stuff and is always reachable. Her staff is equally as wonderful.

Dale, who answers the phone is horrific!!!! Asked her to have the doctor call me and she never did. She does not want to help the pts who call. She is an uncaring, mean person who really should not being dealing with pts or anyone. She needs to be replaced.

I was very happy until I received a bill bc my biopsy was sent to a non participating lab in my plan. Was first told this was their mistake and it would be fixed then received a call stating otherwise. I asked if they used my lab and I was told they do but not for biopsy’s and this is the lab they feel confident in and therefore I am responsible for the bill. I was never informed that they use a different lab just for biopsy’s. Totally unprofessional. Now I have to pay for THEIR mistake

Amazing dermatologist. Wesson cleared up my skin incredibly. I can finally go outside without makeup. All my acne scars are gone and I rarely get a pimple. Loren and Meaghan, the estheticians are absolutely great. The facials and laser sessions they have both given me have also contributed to the improvement of my skin. These girls are very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall lovely staff. Now I am working on laser hair removal and it is going great !

Besides being a great Dermatologist, Dr. Wesson is extremely kind and patient. She also has the latest treatments and technologies. And her staff is terrific.
