I’m glad Dr.Lin was so very nice and thorough, because the waiting time was crazy and ir seemed he was the only one there that day. Mine was an “emergency” visit, but I made the appointment the day before. I hope to see what happens on my next visit in two weeks, where I’ll be calmer and less apprehensive regarding seeing someone other than my main doctor, who is lessening his hours. Been seeing him over 30 years; very worried. TY.

Wait time is outrageous.. appointment is for 11:30 am and to see the doctor you had to wait for about 3 hours. One patient complaint to the office manager and his response is there are 3000 retina Doctor in whole USA and the average wait time to see these Drs is at least 2 hours. So rude. They need to be more professional while dealing with patients.
