Superb! I sustained multiple fractures and breaks in a car accident and was referred and transferred to Dr Richmond from the hospital I was taken to by the ambulance. He is a hip and fracture specialist and is the only doctor in my 3 weeks in the hospital to actually pull up a chair to my bed so we could talk at eye level. He outlined the plan and what I should expect. He spoke with my medical doctors and did 3 separate operations. He called me at home unsolicited when I left rehab to make sure the therapy orders were clear. My recovery has been miraculous.

The most caring doctor I have seen. I had a broken leg that did not heal. I was sent to him by my doctor. He took over an hour with me and drew pictures and showed me my xrays and what the problem was and why it did not heal. I had the surgery at St Francis Hospital which was great. Dr. Richmond told me what to expect and it went as planned. He calls regularly and supervises my therapy. He is really the nicest and most caring doctor I have ever had.

Professional, skilled and best pair of gifted hands any patient can ask for in a surgeon. Met with Dr Jeffery when I broke my left patella. He preformed my surgery and assured my family and I everything was going to be ok. After my surgery he gave my sister a call and told her it was a successful one.

God sent me an angel when he connected me with this wonderful surgeon Doctor Jeffrey H. Richmond! Jeff is the nicest doctor I ever met! I was at the gym bench pressing 100 lbs less than my max when suddenly without any warning or prior pain my entire right side pectoral muscle ripped right off the bone. I can still vividly remember the moment it happened. Thankfully my body instantly went into shock so I didn't feel a thing. I immediately broke out into a sweat like I jumped into a pool. My words began to slur as my vision began to blur so I slowly made my way out fo the gym as to not make a scene. As soon as I made it outside I lost my lunch/ dinner multiple times... Within 2 minutes I was wicked off to the hospital by my GF who was at the gym with me. I was taken to the Northwell Manhasset Hospital emergency room where I was quickly scene. The surgeon was called late that evening (10:30pm ish) and he agreed to see me first thing in the morning where I'd be the 1st surgery of the day. I met with Doctor Jeffrey Richmond around 5am. He was friendly & extremely informative. He put my mind at ease as much as possible given. the circumstances. The surgery went perfectly. Anytime I needed to reach Doctor Jeffrey Richmond he was quick to respond & he was always polite. I cannot believe that all I used was Tylenol and Advil and I experienced virtually no pain throughout this whole process. I would recommend Dr. Jeffrey H. Richmond's Miracle hands to ANYONE. If you're looking for an incredible surgeon look no further. Dr. Richmond performed emergency hip replacement for my wife. He is an extraordinary surgeon and anyone would be lucky to have him.

The best surgeon there is. I found him as a fracture specialist- I did not know they exist and somebody else fixed my arm and it did not heal. This doctor redid my surgery and came out perfect.

I fell off a ladder at work and got brought to North Shore by ambulance and Dr Richmond was the ortho. I had a broken arm and hip. Surgery was right away and it all worked. He is quick in the office but I got all my questions and papers done, and he answers my phone calls the same day. Thank you.
