Great professional. Dr. Monhian is an expert in his field and very caring. He is also wonderful human being. We are privileged to have him in Great Neck.

I heard Dr. Monhian is an outstanding doctor and surgeon but his office staff left me never to return to the office. I was with my 4 year old waiting to be seen (we arrived on time) and another woman who DID NOT have an appointment demanded to be seen even though her appointment was later in the day. The office staff allowed her to take my appointment because she was “complaining” leaving me and my fidgety 4 year old waiting an hour to be seen by the doctor. I thought that was very rude and they did not even apologize after I confronted them. My son was already late to school and I just could not wait any longer so we left. It was a waste of my morning. Amazing doctor but poor office management by staff. I will not return.

My experience with Doctor Monhian has been so incredible! I’ve had trouble breathing for most of my life and had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction. Recovery has been quick and with very little pain! The results are amazing and already I’m breathing like never before. I’m extremely thankful to Doctor Monhian as well as his kind and helpful staff.

I cannot express enough gratitude as to the professionalism of the office and Dr. Monihan. He is so patient friendly. His "bed side manner" is beyond reproach. He is gentle, kind and takes his time to explain any worries you may have. His skills are "second to none". If you are indeed looking for an ENT specialist, this is the physician you want to see. I take great comfort in knowing that should I have any future ENT problems, Dr. Monhian and is office will be there for me.

Dr. Monhian placed eartubes in my 2 year old to get rid of continuous ear infections he kept getting. He did an amazing job as our child is very special to us given that he is developmentally delayed. 5 years later we went back to him when my mother-in-law's nose broke and he suggested NOT to do surgery as it wasn't affecting her breathing and surgery would more likely complicate it. We are grateful for his honesty and care of his patients.
