After have my family going there for years they denied the attention to my kids even I offered to pay out of pocket. So dissatisfied and they rude about it. Clearly they don’t care about you, in the other hand thank you Dr. Ponda & Pinky my kids love you and I’m grateful for all you have done.

Extremely unorganized, no one calls back for scheduling. I made an appointment with one physician they didn't tell me they switched physicians last min. Extremely unprofessional

My son needed a poop test which was referred by a doctor from here and I have been calling to this office for last 2 days and waited 30 minutes each time, but no one picked up the phone. I made my husband called to the office in different hours, no one picked up. Finally I called my son's PCP and they helped me to get a connected line from their end, unfortunately no one still picked up. I wonder what kind of service they provide and it is a allergy department which sometimes needs instant help. If I knew this is how they behave I would never choose them in the first place.

My 6 month old baby with severe eczema and allergies had her blood tests done with Artemio Miguel Jongco, MD at the Northwell Health Allergy and Immunology at the Irving Goldman Family Care Center about a month ago. I’ve been calling multiple times for test result without answer
