Dr Kaufman, April and all staff are the best. Because of my years in the sun due to my profession as a tennis pro I need top care. Dr. Louise Kaufmann is a top dermatologist in Great Neck, NY, and I always have a great experience with her. Dr. Kaufmann is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. She is always able to diagnose my skin condition quickly and accurately, and provide me with a clear treatment plan. Her bedside manner is excellent. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, and makes me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful. April, the PA is lovely, kind and comforting My appointments are scheduled quickly and efficiently, all very competent and caring. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Kaufmann to anyone in need of dermatological care. She is a top-notch doctor with a great staff, and I feel confident that I am in good hands under her care.

I was seen by PA Agnes, who did an excellent job of diagnosing and treatment many problem areas (some I had for years) . I feel so much better I can finally shave off my beard which I had been using to hide one of my problem areas!

I have been Dr. Garofalo’s patient for 30 years and have always experienced the very best treatment. He is extremely kind, caring, professional and personable. My last visit was scheduled on very short notice. Given my symptoms he made time for me even though his time was fully booked. I highly recommend him.
