As a physician (neurologist) I researched the best surgeons in the country for my procedure. After speaking with trusted colleagues and having consulted with several well-known surgeons, choosing Dr. Alemi to perform my facial surgery was an easy decision. My consultation with Dr. Alemi was extremely thorough and he took the time to listen to every one of my concerns. He is highly compassionate, and his bedside manner is the best I've seen! Most importantly, my results were phenomenal! I could not have hoped for anything better. I have already referred several of my family members and patients to Dr. Alemi. If you're looking for a brilliant facial surgeon that also has incredible bedside manner, then stop searching - book a consult with Dr. Alemi asap.

Where do I begin….I can’t say enough great things about Dr Alemi and his wonderful staff. My experience here exceeded all expectations. Dr Alemi is a true artist and miracle worker. I look about 20 years younger and couldn’t be happier with my results. He is the kindest and warmest person who made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. His staff is equally amazing from Chrissy at the front desk who helped with all my scheduling to his wonderful nurse who took care of me until I went home after surgery. If you are considering plastic surgery, which I highly recommend, this is the only Doctor to go to!!!!!!!!

Dr. Sean Alemi, MD, is an unparalleled expert in rhinoplasty. Right from the initial consultation to the post-operative assessments, his profound expertise, meticulousness, and sincere commitment to patient care shone through. The transformation of my nose has been astounding. Even though the final results will be clearer once the swelling recedes, I'm already ecstatic with the current outcome. Kudos to the outstanding nurse who assisted during my surgery. Her dedication to her profession, combined with her gentle nature and soothing presence, made a significant difference. I'd also like to express my gratitude to the anesthesiologist. Their expertise, patience, and compassionate guidance were invaluable, particularly in addressing my pre-surgery anxieties. Opting for cosmetic surgery is an intimate and often nerve-wracking decision. However, under the care of Dr. Alemi and his team, I felt I was in the most capable hands. I just left my 5-month follow-up appointment with Dr. Alemi and felt compelled to write this review. This is the first review I have ever posted…do I need to say more? A kinder, more talented surgeon you will never find. I would be remiss not to tell everyone how happy I am with my results. I am 59 years old and have hated my neck for the last 20 years. My family, friends, coworkers… even the mailman can attest to that. Making the decision to do this was a big one, but the minute I met Dr Alemi, I felt so comfortable. The week before the surgery, I remember him saying, with a big smile, that I would love my neck. Well, I can wholeheartedly say I absolutely LOVE MY NECK. The results are incredible. In addition to the deep plane facelift, I did an upper eye lift, which was a game changer. He is an amazingly talented doctor that has the patience of a saint. The level of follow-up care I have received has been second to none. The office staff is incredibly pleasant and accommodating, and the entire process, from the initial consultation to the post-operative care, has been handled with utmost professionalism and warmth. I strongly recommend Dr. Alemi to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Surgeon Alemi is the Greatest of All Time (GOAT) deep plane FL, lip lift, fat transfer, and lower bleph--he is the experienced understudy of Dr. Jacono. Run, don't walk to Dr. Alemi's office if you want the "full works", his specialty. Deciding whether or not to take the leap to have cosmetic surgery on my face was a difficult decision that I contemplated for a few years. After all, this is my face and there is no hiding a bad outcome. In order to try avoiding it, I tried many non-invasive procedures that did not deliver the result I was looking for and cost me a lot of time and money. I finally decided to seriously consider surgery and found Dr. Alemi through the recommendation of a friend. His credentials and his before and after photos convinced me to set up a consultation. After meeting with him and discussing all my concerns, he made me feel confident that surgery would address all my concerns and that I would still look like me afterwards. Here it is, almost three months post surgery and I am thrilled with the results. My jawline is back, my neck is firm and my eyes no longer look tired. Thank you Dr. Alemi for taking such good care of me and for giving me the result I was looking for! I’m so happy to have found Dr. Alemi and so happy I made the decision to go forward with the surgery, and will be sure to continue going to him in order to keep looking my best.

I always wanted to do surgery on my neck and waited because I was very nervous about doing this procedure. From the moment I had my first consultation with Dr. Alemi I felt completely at ease. His bedside manner and his knowledge were beyond any Dr. I have ever met prior. Before, during and through my post-ops, Dr Alemi & Chrissy have been nothing short of amazing! After researching plastic surgeons to perform a face lift revision, I chose Dr. Alemi.Having already undergone a prior facelift with suboptimal results, I was very cautious about the provider I would pick for the revision. This truly was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only is Dr. Alemi a lovely, kind person he is an incredibly gifted surgeon. I am 6 months out of surgery and I feel incredible. I am 51 and people tell me I look 30! Also, I was concerned that the lift would change my facial features. I look like the same me but more youthful and no one has asked if I have had anything done. I have had friends compliment me and even random strangers come up to me and tell me that I am beautiful! Needless to say, Dr Alemi exceeded my expectations! I am so grateful to have found such a masterful surgeon.

My experience with Dr. Alemi has been amazing. I had rhinoplasty surgery done in his office and I am so pleased with how everything turned out.
