Dr. Diamond is an excellent doctor. I am a new patient and he really listened to my concerns. He went over all test results in a way that a patient can understand. He seems to truly care. He was willing to fit me in before the holidays and saw to it that my upcoming needs will be met.

I am a patient of Dr. Diamond. An office where people are made fun of. Cuba Hill office. All the employees do not understand the human condition, you are a society that only progresses systematically. Our health is more important than anything!!! I have been trying to see the doctor for about a month and for some reason they cannot provide it due to insurance issues. When I called and made an appointment, I asked the secretaries on the phone if my insurance was valid and they said it was valid for this location. I asked this question 3 times and their answer was yes. I prefer to choose this place because it is the closest distance to my house. And when I came for my appointment yesterday, they postponed my appointment for today. I came again today and this time they said they do not accept insurance and just said they are sorry and there is nothing they can do and shook their heads. This is disrespectful and excessive. They waste time. They do not understand the human condition. I really want to see the doctor and start my treatment as soon as possible but no one cares. Because all they think about is insurance. Not our health. You can listen to all the phone records. How many times have you asked your secretaries if your insurance is valid? I asked and came accordingly. As all the employees, you are inconsiderate and rude.
