Gregory Clabeaux Do's Online Review Report Card

My leg suffers from daily pain after this dr. Recommended I have a radio frequency ablasion of a varicose vein on my right leg. His partner did the surgery carelessly and it never healed right or got better. It's worse then ever. I have to ice it daily even after a year and elevate. There's not a day I don't have pain in the leg. My whole life has changed for the worse. It was not the right diagnosis. Avoid at all costs.

Giving one star to leave this review feels like it is being too generous but I have to hope this serves a purpose to prevent further harm from future unknowing patients about to walk into this office. This is a business, not a healthcare facility. My father had his leg amputated under the advice of Clabeaux and faced many complications afterwords undergoing multiple surgeries afterwords at Clabeaux's advice with contracting different infections throughout the process due to his negligence. Clabeaux was our main source of help and information and he was nowhere to be found 90% of the time. He went on multiple vacations and was unavailable in times of great need (keep in mind this is over a 6 month period). He jumps between 3 offices which are revolving doors in which you may get a brief 5 minute consultation and be pushed out the door. Thanks for your money, see ya. We called and called and multiple times had to go to Emergency rooms after situations had escalated while Mr. Clabeaux was unreachable through his network of call center employees who do not care. We were never given much information about what was going on with my father as things got progressively worse, simply told to come back repeatedly for check ups in which minimal observations were performed with little knowledge or insight to offer. My father could still be alive and well today with a long life ahead of him if it were not for the neglect he faced at the hands of Dr. Clabeaux and the Catholic Charities medical association as a whole. If you value your life, or that of a family member, please take the time to find a surgeon who will have the time to focus on your needs and emergencies. There is no telling how many lives have been forced to suffer to ultimately untimely ends at the hand of this man, but I hope this warning can at least save a few of those that would unwillingly walk the plank in his hands. Make an extra 30 minute drive. Make extra phone calls to find the right person. This man is the grim reaper in a doctor's jacket and I cannot caution you enough against putting your life in his hands. He will send you through as many networks as he can to pump up the profits and then leave you to rot like he did my father Mark Milstead.

Dr Clabeaux is a compassionate, highly skilled and professional surgeon. He came up with a plan to repair my ulcerated leg that three other surgeons failed to do so for over a year and a half. I am now able to walk with a prosthetic leg in just over two months after my surgery. My sincere thanks go out to Dr Clabeaux for giving me my life back!

I chose Dr Clabeaux as I went to him about 4 years ago for a different procedure. It was a good experience so I went back to him. He explained the situation well to my level of understanding. However, all of a sudden I was making a decision for a procedure to be done in a week. I left the office thinking this is too rushed. The procedure has been postponed. I could not get to scheduled pre-admission testing as the snowstorm was still making a mess of things. The pre-admission staff were understanding and kind. I hope to get this done soon but not so rushed to raise my stress level.

Dr clabeaux is one of the best vascular Dr’s. Best part is he is kind and caring . Judith Galante

I was having severe problems in my left leg, DR. Clabeaux told me what he felt was wrong and sent me for tests. After evaluation he scheduled surgery soon after, and here I am pain free and forever grateful. Dr Clabeaux is a very caring and compassionate doctor, he has a great bed side manor and did a magnificent job. I highly recommend him. Thank You Dr. Clabeaux for taking such good care of me. The best, compassionate and kind

He saved my life after being sent home from a different hospital ER. He's very professional, but friendly at the same time. He was very generous with his time, and communicated with me and my family regularly during my hospital stay. I am forever indebted to him and his associates.

My husband was required to have an angiogram and had to arrive at the hospital at 7 a.m. He had to wait until 2 p.m. before being taken to the OR. Prior to being operated on, he was left in a holding room with an IV running a saline solution. He was forced to remain lying on his back from 12:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. without being able to void his bladder. Due to overbooking he was made to suffer for multiple hours. The results of the angio were negative and the Dr. had no time to discuss the issue!
