Polite staff. Very busy place so be prepared to “hurry up & wait” & also through my experience be prepared to not have a voice. So far I’ve been treated as a number as apparently every patient is the same. The doctor who was diagnosing me & calling the shots didn’t even take the time to meet with me or speak with me. He made decisions having not spoken one word to me. I was relegated with a middle man, who was doing his job just fine, but several times he absolutely insulted my intelligence. But he had to get permission from his superior, who couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. And he was making decisions about my healthcare, which is not just a simple case it’s fairly unique, even more reason for the main doctor to speak to me, but he was perfectly fine MISDIAGNOSING me because he wouldn’t see me & NO MATTER WHAT I SAID, it just wasn’t heard. So at the moment I am just a voiceless number & that needs to change we’ll see how the next visit goes.

I'm a new patient and I misunderstood that the Jefferson St office was closed because they have a new office on Niagara,they called and rescheduled my appointment in a timely manner,very polite and welcoming

Not at jefferson now at urban family practice.super slow seeing pts,waits are 2hrs or more.billing issues trying to defraud you and insurance.nasty attitudes from counter staff,hes.never available and doesnt care wat your opinion is. Dont go to urban fp or see dr fox .ever.ive since founbetter drs.

dr Fox was the best dr. that I've had. Very understanding, patient and professional. He was too good for UBMD at Jefferson. A sad loss for me but God bless him. Very unfortunate that since his departure I've been treated like a criminal . Dr Fox was treating me for spinal injuries I suffer from.After 18 years, being an ironworker, my back took a heavy beating. i was treated with medication.. When Dr Fox left, an executive decision was made TO DISCONTINUE MY MEDICATION. now I am in withdrawal.
