Mercy catholic health lab . It was very nice to be able to call and make an appointment over the phone with somebody in the office, Without having to go through many prompts. When I got there, I signed in and there was a person waiting. It was nice to see that they were not over packed and crowded in their waiting room. I really did not sit for long at all and was immediately taken in for my appointment. Also Many other labs are not taking walk-ins the other lady in there I was told this but I was also told she would be taken for her walk in anyway. ( I was waiting for each proportion of my blood work due to the glucose testing, I heard the lab getting busier, but them still accommodating the walk-ins after the appointments) I thought this was quite nice of the staff They were sure to work hard so no one was waiting for an extended period of time. I met with Jessica who would be taking my blood work for the three hours as part of the glucose tests . Jessica was very friendly and extremely accommodating. She answered any questions that I had. The glucose test I was taking does make me stay within the facility for three hours. I was concerned with waiting in the waiting room with tons of people coming in and out but before I could even think about it I was told that they had a special room with a recliner for me to sit in. I was extremely impressed. Jessica also made sure to check on me periodically as well as take the blood work on time. She made my time there go quickly and stress-free. Thank you Jessica c. !

II have visited many labs,but this is the most freindly and efficient by far.I wouldn't use any other lab!!!
